Some people want to address ED; others may want to heal and let go of emotional challenges; some want to learn physical techniques to share with a partner; some want to learn about Tantra, etc. These sessions vary depending on the goals,  they are a blend of Relaxation sessions and what is needed in the moment~ like education, discussion, and healing techniques.
